naadOdesk is a macOS application designed for music producers and audio engineers to manage music production workflows — including production, mixing, mastering, and release tracking. Developed by Pratik Rao, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
naadOdesk is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use naadOdesk on one Mac at a time.
A free trial is available. Users are strongly encouraged to evaluate the Software before purchasing.
Your license is tied to a hashed Machine ID upon activation. Verification occurs approximately every 30 days — an internet connection is required periodically. The app works fully offline between verification intervals.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of verified violation of these terms, including misuse or unauthorized distribution. Where applicable, reasonable notice may be provided before termination.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
Only minimum necessary data is shared with these services. No advertising networks or analytics platforms are used.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@naadodesk.in. Deletion requests will deactivate your license.
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS/TLS encryption, Ed25519 cryptographic signatures, and secure storage.

All bug fixes, stability patches, minor feature additions, and UI improvements within the same major version (v1.x). Major version upgrades (e.g. v2.0) may require a separate discounted purchase; upgrading is always optional.
All intellectual property in naadOdesk remains the exclusive property of Pratik Rao / naadOdesk. This agreement does not transfer ownership rights.
Your license terminates automatically if you share or attempt to resell your license key, bypass the license system, or violate any provision. Upon termination, cease all use and delete all copies.

naadOdesk is provided "as is" without any warranties — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that naadOdesk will operate without interruption or errors, be compatible with all macOS versions or hardware, or be free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
naadOdesk reads your project folder structure to display project cards. It does not modify, move, or delete your audio files. However, we are not responsible for any data loss or file corruption. Music production data is precious — always maintain regular backups of your project files, DAW sessions, and stems.
naadOdesk is a project management tool only and does not provide legal, financial, or professional audio engineering advice.
naadOdesk detects DAW project files (Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Reaper, Pro Tools, Cubase, Studio One, Reason, etc.) based on file extensions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these third-party products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, naadOdesk and Pratik Rao shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of music project data, business revenue, or costs of data recovery.
By using this Software, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must use the Software under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
